Copyright Infringement Notice

Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe that content on Kixu infringes your copyright, please submit a written notice containing the following information:

  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
  3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, including the URL or other specific location on our site.
  4. Your contact information, including name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification containing:

  • Your physical or electronic signature
  • Identification of the removed material and its former location
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was removed by mistake or misidentification
  • Your name, address, and telephone number
  • Consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district and acceptance of service of process from the complainant

Repeat Infringers

We reserve the right to remove any content and terminate access for users who are found to be repeat infringers.
